Have your church/ministry been compromised?
There is no law greater than the laws of God.
There is no law that can stand against God or His agents here on earth.
God has specific laws to govern the church/ministries
Do not render unto Caesar what belongs to God. Our work belongs to God. Our very existence belongs to God. Do not place God’s work under state or government authority.
Do not incorporate/ become an LLC, Sole proprietorship, 501(c)(3) etc.
Our work must give glory to God directly.
We must work for God solely and directly.
Here is an excellent link that helps to explain the dangers of mixing church and state.

Conclusion
It is time for the churches in America to wake up to the fact that they have seriously compromised the headship of Christ by incorporating. The very first sentence of the Bill of Rights states, “Congress shall make no law regarding an establishment of religion.” No law means no law. Christian churches do not need to obtain a special “operating license” to avoid taxation; the government simply cannot tax them to begin with! The church is already immune to all taxation.
The Church of Jesus Christ is forbidden by Scripture to merge with the State because the two exist as separate entities. The State is not to claim jurisdiction over the Church, and the Church is not to place herself in such a position. The Church does not need to request of the State permission to exist as a legal entity. Its charter is the Bible, and its article of incorporation are the commandments of God. As Jesus said, “No man can serve two masters” (Matthew 6:24). If this principle applies to an individual, how much more so to his church?
Church members should confront their pastors and elders on these issues. Do not let them simply brush you off with the claim that the subject has “been studied already,” or that “we have always done it this way.” Challenge them to produce a copy of the IRS statutes which state that a Christian church must incorporate as a 501(c)(3) organization in order to carry out its God-ordained functions. They will not be able to do this, because such a law simply does not exist. You may find yourself unwelcome in your church, but at least you will have the satisfaction of having stood for the truth and for the sole prerogative of Christ to govern His own.
Matthew 21:12King James Version (KJV)
12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
Matthew 21:13King James Version (KJV)
13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Pray and ask the Lord to reveal if you, your church, or the ministry the Lord has placed inside you to do His will have been compromised, then make the necessary steps to get in right standing with the laws of God, seek to be able to stand righteously before the Father. The bible tells us we ougt to obey God rather than man. Acts 5:29
