Shannon Davis and Natalie Davis own and operate the Food Truck Tater Headz. Both owners were raised by families who instilled in them a lifelong passion for cooking. Natalie Davis, who is a East Tennessee native has managed multiple restaurants throughout her career. Shannon Davis, A Nashville native began learning to barbecue at a young age, and has assisted with his family’s business for more than 25 years. The two fell in love with Clarksville and officially relocated to Clarksville in 2018. Commitment to delicious hand crafted dishes and Southern hospitality keeps this team motivated to serve.
MISSION
The Company’s mission statement is as follows:
“To ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service. To maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained premises for our guests and staff. To provide well-prepared meals at a fair price, using only quality ingredients. To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. To keep our concept fresh, exciting and on the cutting edge of the hospitality and entertainment industry.”
